In 2023, when I took a new job as a consultant, I found myself caught in a relentless cycle of imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and constant self-doubt. Despite outward success, I was struggling internally, constantly feeling like I wasn’t enough and terrified of being exposed as a fraud. My darkest turning point came when I hit burnout—exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from myself. I had to take a step back and take time off work to find myself again, which forced me to confront my inner struggles.
